Acceptance of Terms

By booking, scheduling, or using any service offered by Neat Zen Spaces ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book or use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neat Zen Spaces, a home organization business based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Services Provided

Neat Zen Spaces offers professional home organization services including but not limited to:

  • Whole-home and room-specific organizing sessions
  • Decluttering and space planning consultations
  • Kitchen, closet, garage, and storage organization
  • Move-in/move-out organization support
  • Concierge and errand services where offered
  • Virtual organizing consultations

All services are subject to availability and are provided at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any project that falls outside the scope of our expertise.

Booking & Scheduling

Appointments may be booked through our website at neatzenspaces.com. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and a valid service address when booking. Neat Zen Spaces is not responsible for scheduling errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the Client.

Please ensure your home or space is reasonably accessible at the scheduled appointment time. Late access beyond 20 minutes may result in rescheduling and a rescheduling fee.

Payment & Fees

All service fees are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed.

  • Full payment may be required to confirm your booking depending on the service selected.
  • Deposits, if applicable, are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs within the permitted window.
  • Additional hours beyond the booked session are billed at our standard hourly rate and must be agreed upon before work begins.
  • Supplies, bins, labels, and organizational products are not included in the service fee unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule.
  • 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund; reschedule subject to availability.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund. Rescheduling fee may apply.
  • No-show: Full session fee is forfeited.

Home Access & Client Responsibilities

By scheduling an in-home service, you confirm that you have the legal right to grant access to the property. You agree to be present or to arrange authorized access during the service.

The Client is responsible for:

  • Securing or removing valuables, fragile items, or anything not intended to be organized
  • Informing us of any known hazards in the home including pests, mold, biohazards, etc.
  • Being available for decisions regarding items to keep, donate, or discard
  • Ensuring pets are secured or managed during the session

Neat Zen Spaces will treat your home and belongings with care and professionalism at all times.

Liability & Damages

Neat Zen Spaces takes great care in handling your belongings. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to items or property
  • Items discarded at the Client's direction
  • Loss of items due to Client-directed donation or disposal
  • Damage caused by items that were fragile but not disclosed prior to the session

In the event of accidental damage caused by Neat Zen Spaces, our liability is limited to the replacement value of the item, not to exceed the total session fee paid. Please report any concerns within 48 hours of service completion.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share — including your address, contact details, and home contents — is kept strictly confidential and used only to provide our services.

We will never share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Please review our full Privacy Policy for more details.

Photography & Before/After Content

We may request permission to photograph spaces before and after our work for portfolio, marketing, or social media use. Your consent is always required before any photos are taken or published.

  • You may decline photography at any time, with no impact on service quality.
  • If you consent, photos will be edited to exclude personally identifiable information where possible.
  • You may revoke photo consent at any time by contacting us at support@neatzenspaces.com.

Termination of Services

Neat Zen Spaces reserves the right to terminate a session and decline future bookings if a Client is abusive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, payment for work completed will not be refunded.

Clients may discontinue services at any time, subject to the cancellation policy in Section 5.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
